MTAP Bootcamp is a course designed to support transitioning service members within their first two weeks at GDIT. We’ve taken what we’ve learned from talking with hundreds of Veterans and used it to create MTAP Bootcamp. It’s short, focused, and designed to help you settle in as you start your new career.
MTAP Sponsorship pairs transitioning Veterans with experienced GDIT Veteran employees to provide personalized guidance throughout the first 60 days of employment. Through a series of structured conversations, participants will navigate company culture, identify transition challenges, and create actionable plans that support a successful adjustment into their new role.
This session was designed by veterans, for transitioning veterans—specifically for folks who are navigating the shift from military life into a new career and want to hit the ground running. We know the military had a clear system for growth and advancement. Civilian careers? They work a little differently. That’s where this session comes in.
MTAP Top Level School supports transitioning veterans hired into leadership or management roles. This course helps participants translate their military leadership style into GDIT’s people management approach. Through real-world examples and peer discussion, participants will explore key HR practices, communication strategies, and leadership expectations to effectively guide their teams.
MTAP Accelerate is a five-week professional development experience designed exclusively for GDIT’s transitioning Veteran employees. Whether you see yourself leading teams or becoming a sought-after subject matter expert, this course helps you define your path and build a personal development plan that supports your long-term career ambitions.
