Role Description:
Serves as the Junior Video Operations Analyst to join our Video Operations Workplace Collaboration team. As a Video Operations Analyst, you will join our client's Workplace Collaboration team and play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and seamless collaboration among colleagues in a growing hybrid work environment. Your responsibilities will include researching, evaluating, installing, troubleshooting, deploying, and promoting new Collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Conference Rooms, and mobile carts. You will act as a liaison between high level clients, vendors' engineering resources, and our Video Operations team to coordinate installations, white glove support, and escalations. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily room checks, maintaining proactive monitoring platforms, ensuring adherence to global standards, providing day-to-day support during transitions, and analyzing collaboration tool usage patterns through metrics dashboards. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $29.52 - $37.44. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
