And our work depends on a Program Director joining our Premium Stabilization Program (PSP) team remotely to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

As the Program Director supporting CMS, you will be responsible for the overall performance, management, and success of the PSP program, supporting the Marketplace, Premium Stabilization, and No Surprises Act programs. This role requires extensive experience overseeing complex, multi-task, multi-stakeholder projects; deep familiarity with CMS programs; and strong administrative, fiscal, supervisory, and strategic leadership capabilities. The PSP Program Director operates within a cybersecurity-aware environment and coordinates effectively with CMS, subcontractors, and internal functional teams. The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
