Functional Role: EITEN A2 Senior Infrastructure Specialist
Location: Ramstein AB, Germany
Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering effective technical solutions to complex challenges while supporting the unique operational requirements of A2 clients. Manages and maintains enterprise‑level systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and mission readiness.
Maintain and support clients, networks, communication suites, and enterprise software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and network issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Monitor system and network performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Design and implement IT and communications solutions supporting intelligence mission requirements.
Configure, maintain, and upgrade network devices, system components, and automation equipment.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and related services.
Research emerging technologies and recommend capability improvements.
Support classified and cryptologic communications systems, ensuring information integrity and availability.
Provide life-cycle maintenance for hardware and software.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and maintain a consistently positive, customer‑focused approach.
Offer guidance to junior technical personnel as required.
Experience: Requires a minimum of four years of experience, of which at least three years must be specialized.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a curriculum or major field of study in computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software engineering/programming, management, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics or business/finance.
Education and experience requirements may be substituted with:
Associate's degree and six years of relevant experience (or)
No degree and eight years of directly applicable experience.
Candidates must meet German TESA minimum requirements.
Certifications:
Possess and maintain DoDD 8570 IAM Level II Certification.
Possess and maintain DoDD 8570 Computing Environment Certifications.
Acceptable certifications include:
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or equivalent
The following additional certification is a plus:
Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
Clearance: TS/SCI

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
