TECH REFRESH DATA ANALYST

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Tech Refresh Data Analyst supporting CIS, you deliver data insights, analytics, and visualization products that power an enterprise wide Tech Refresh program. You ensure the accuracy and completeness of lifecycle, scheduling, and asset data across all service lanes, enabling informed decisions on refresh planning, resource allocation, and modernization priorities. Your work strengthens IT reliability, reduces technical debt, and ensures our global infrastructure remains current, secure, and aligned with mission needs. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, clean, integrate, and manage Tech Refresh data across all service lanes to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis
  • Produce lifecycle, scheduling, and asset analytics, including technical debt assessments and weekly project/schedule updates for CONUS and OCONUS sites
  • Develop clear visual reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Provide accurate project standings, site progress, and risk indicators to support planning, execution, and modernization efforts
  • Recommend improvements and automation opportunities to enhance Tech Refresh data quality, processes, and reporting workflows

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree

  • CERTIFICATION: Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., CISSP, etc.)

  • CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph

  • Familiarity with Service Central
  • Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience extracting, integrating, cleaning, and modeling enterprise datasets
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise visualization tools
  • Familiarity with DoW/IC environments and asset management processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
  • US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
