Duties/Responsibilities
● Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and route customer requests to appropriate departments/personnel, following established policies and procedures.
● Support a 24x7 environment including working on weekends, holidays, evenings, midnights, and extended shifts if relief is not available.
● Screen spam/prank calls and escalate to security services if necessary
● Track and log calls as necessary.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The Telephony Operator must have:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Experience: 1+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly
● US citizenship required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $34.87 - $47.17. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
