Responsible for coordinating, executing, and troubleshooting complex end to end workflow processes or programs, and independently coordinating the resolution of issues across multiple work areas. Work is complex, diverse, and requires interpreting and applying established policies and regulations to often unique situations and under unique circumstances. Work is performed under supervision with specific duties and responsibilities varying based on assignment.
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer such as:
Provides administrative support to the office, group, or customer by performing a variety of complex and routine administrative duties including follow-up tracking, coordinating through approval processes, and bringing to completion.
Plan, schedule, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, and off-sites; may participate in meetings and events as a recorder or note taker. May brief or present administrative support related information.
Arrange travel, coordinate itineraries, or otherwise support travel including passport/visa requirements, and travel and training vouchers.
Develop and/or maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
Draft/edit correspondence, briefings, and presentations for the office, group, or customer.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple critical deadlines simultaneously.
Quality checks all materials for the senior management review and/or signature.
Coordinate with office staff to build read-ahead materials and briefing books to prepare senior management for meetings, conferences, and other public events.
Vet incoming correspondence, summarize/highlight key issues or topics, and follow up to ensure proper and timely response.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in writing/editing correspondence and briefings internal/external stakeholders.
The ability to interpret and apply established policies, procedures, and guidelines to unique situations or under unique circumstances.
Ability to analyze, organize and summarize data to ensure accurate records and reporting are maintained throughout the project life cycle.
Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook,).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
Required Experience: 3 years of related experience as a Program Analyst in a defense/military or federal government environment.
Clearance Level Must Be Able To Maintain: Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
Location: On Customer Site, not a remote role
US Citizenship Required due to the Secret or Top Secret clearance requirement

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
