The Pegasus program is a collaborative coalition partnership between the Five Eyes (FVEY) military nations that consists of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States. The program’s objective is to provide a wide array of information sharing capabilities (email, phone, video, and chat) to enable a variety of contact options for FVEY coalition warfighters promoting consistent and seamless collaboration opportunities at both a national and international level.

We are seeking qualified candidates to operate and maintain Pegasus, which directly support US military forces and US Coalition members with critical war planning and warfighting capabilities. The Pegasus team will test, deploy, operate, sustain, and maintain all Pegasus networks, services, and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, and CMDB modules.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and platform performance tuning.
  • Create, modify, and manage form layouts, lists, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and user requests.
  • Work with process owners to improve and automate workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support integration of ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, MID servers, etc.).
  • Monitor platform security roles, access controls (ACLs), and user permissions.
  • Provide end‑user support and training as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • BA/BS degree – may substitute additional years of experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a SECRET Clearance. 
  • Must meet DoW 8570 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II (Security+ or equivalent) access.
  • Must have solid understanding of common IT infrastructure services to include DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Must have active CSA ServiceNow Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.
  • Experience with user, administrative and service account creation, and management.
  • Experience with direct customer support for both internal and external customers.
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining systems documentation.
  • Experience with developing training for both internal and external customers.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, MECM, and Exchange technologies.

    Salary and Benefit Information

    The likely salary range for this position is $75,650 - $102,350. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
