SCITLS ISSO

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environment.

ISSO:

• Performs weekly backups, conducting annual and recurring ISS training, establishing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and managing the system’s security plan.
• Assists the Customer in maintaining other secure information systems to include performing USSTRATCOM duties.
• This position is also responsible for managing a personnel security function for SAPs to include updating the personnel access security system (PASS II) and providing updates and status briefed personnel to the Customer.
• Additionally the selected candidate will manage an access quotas system for the SAP which entails providing monthly status reports, processing program access requests, performing access eligibility determinations, processing visit certifications, and conducting SAP indoctrinations and debriefings. 

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree; may be substituted for additional years of experience
• 3+ years of Cyber Security experience

• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; GSEC or Security+
