The Software Development Project Integrator is responsible for delivery of customer-focused projects. The candidate will work closely with other project integrators and various software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations teams to assess requirements, coordinate resources, and deliver projects for the customer. The candidate will apply expertise in project management processes to support the program’s development, integration, and operation of the customer’s applications built for their specific mission. An essential skill for success is the ability to tailor the project management lifecycle and essential applications operations processes to function effectively in a non-enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing industry-standard technical Project Management Life Cycle tasks, as well as experience in tailoring standard process lifecycles to function effectively in a mission critical operations fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong written and verbal individual and organizational communication skills and the ability to articulate technical project requirements to both customers and internal teams. Experience with Full Motion Video and 24x7 operation center is a plus.
HOW A PROJECT INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Defines and implements standards-based project management lifecycles, tailored to function effectively in this environment, to ensure successful delivery of new applications and services
Assists with planning activities, including roadmap development and systems integration, and provides recommendations to customers on task workload
Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project tasks
Collaborates regularly with a variety of customers and contractors, which may include meeting coordination and preparation/support of project plans, reports, and status (e.g., PMR) briefings
Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary liaison
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other customer staff on customer’s behalf
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
The position requires eight (8+) years of related technical project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline (preference toward Information Technology or Computer Science), or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
Background in Software Development, Information Technology, or Computer Science
Hands on experience with Software Development/Software Engineering/ Data Science/ ETL/ DevOps teams
Demonstrated on-the-job experience in project management fundamentals using approved tools and techniques in the execution of Software Development activities, to include scheduling, execution, and monitoring/controlling
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with software development to deployment pipelines for the purpose of determining progress and scheduling
Demonstrated on-the-job experience effectively communicating across programs and with customers, stakeholders, and other contractors
Demonstrated on-the-job experience sharing knowledge and learning from others to ensure the team’s success
Demonstrated on-the-job experience managing priorities across multiple projects (time management)
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised or with a small team
Prior experience managing customer network Approval and Accreditation processes
Experience with emerging communications systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with Jira Software for planning and tracking projects
Experience working within a technical environment handling either multiple software development projects or exceptionally large volumes of data
Experience in creating and successfully implementing strategy for customer organizations

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
