GDIT is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our PACER Modernization Program.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of ten years' experience, of which at least eight years must be specialized in IT system functional analysis, preferably in Cloud Modernization projects.
Must possess superior functional knowledge of task order specific requirements and have experience in developing functional requirements for complex integrated IT systems.
Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross- functional requirements.
Document, design, and handle complicated business rules for processing operational and user data
Track requirements, development, and testing using Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Identifies resources required for each task
Must have a BS in an IT related field
Nice to have skills:
Experience in Mainframe Business Process Re-engineering
Experience in zCloud and AWS Cloud Modernization
Experience in Agile Methodology to track requirements, development, and testing using Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
Knowledge in Business Process Automation (BPA) tools, BPMN, CMN and DMN models
Knowledge in leveraging Generative AI to document Business Rules and Requirements
Knowledge in multiple database technologies like DB2, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.,

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
