GDIT is seeking an experienced project support professional to join a long-standing program that provides scientific peer review support to a Federal grant-funding agency. This program encompasses scientific, logistical, technical, and administrative support in a dynamic environment, delivering hundreds of deliverables and managing thousands of documents annually across more than 30 task orders. In this role, you will manage tasks across several programs while collaborating with a diverse team of administrative, scientific, and technical staff to support medical research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for operational, compliance, and reviewer support inquiries.
- Plan and track program tasks and resource needs across 5–7 task orders.
- Oversee day-to-day tasking and training of operational team members.
- Monitor the application compliance process and prepare related reports for assigned programs.
- Prepare deliverables including compliance reports, scoring reports, letters, and ad-hoc documents.
- Support reviewer coordination and pre-meeting material preparation.
- Provide virtual and onsite administrative peer review panel support and operational management.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, task management, and resource planning abilities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $73,865. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
