Job Description

PMO SharePoint Administrator

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a PMO SharePoint Administrator at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and support the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services for the World Trade Center Health Program.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a PMO SharePoint Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that PMO documentation, quality control processes, and collaboration environments meet federal program standards and support seamless TPA healthcare operations.

● Lead SharePoint administration and PMO document governance processes that ensure organized, compliant, secure, and audit‑ready content across Transition‑In and program operations.
● Collaborate with cross‑functional program teams, government stakeholders, vendors, quality specialists, and operational leads to maintain visibility, consistency, and alignment across PMO artifacts and quality processes.
● Drive program quality outcomes through readiness assessments, compliance monitoring, document validation, audit preparation, and oversight of corrective actions.
● Utilize SharePoint administration tools, metadata structures, permission controls, PMO collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and quality monitoring methods to support program governance and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The PMO SharePoint Administrator / Program Quality Analyst must have:

Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree
Experience: 3+ years of related experience supporting PMO operations, SharePoint environments, or program quality management
Technical skills: SharePoint site design and administration, metadata governance, permissions management, document versioning, Teams/OneDrive, PMO collaboration tools, and reporting dashboards
Security clearance level: MB(T2)
US citizenship required
Role requirements: Familiarity with HIPAA, federal documentation standards, NIST/FIPS/FedRAMP compliance; strong organizational skills; ability to coordinate across vendor and cross‑functional teams; 0–10% travel as needed

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
