AGM Senior Engineer

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
The Army Golden Master (AGM) Senior Engineer provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will provide support for the Army Standard Software Baseline Configuration (SSBC) Program which currently produces the Army Golden Master (AGM), the mandatory software baseline configuration for the Army. You will perform Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM) and draft and finalize Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) for system and component upgrades. Maintain standard baseline configuration within the Federated lab and other duties to support AGM development for NETCOM. We are looking to hire full-time an AGM Senior Engineer to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.


•Project Support: Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical/operational support to the ADCNOMS project.


•System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server (2012 R2 or later), Windows 10 Desktop OS, and Linux Operating Systems.


•Database Administration: Serve as SQL/XSQL Server Administrator (SA) for MS SQL 2008 and later, and Linux XSQL Database Administrator (DBA).


•Application Management: Support SQL/XSQL Reporting and manage third-party, non-Microsoft applications (e.g., ActiveClient, Tumbleweed, ApproveIt).


•Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain a customer-oriented, rich-User Interface (UI) website while ensuring all related data is accurate and up to date.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer Principal must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical experience in lieu of a degree .
• Experience: 5 years of related technical experience.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification.
• Clearance: Active Secret. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI.

Role requirements:

• Experience working as a Front-End Web Engineer that has substantial experience in customer- oriented rich-UI websites. 
• Documenting designs and code and in performing configuration management. 
• Visual Studio or another Integrated Development Environment – 5 years experience.
• WISE Installer, InstallAware, or Advanced Installer – 2-3 years experience.
• Application deployment in Intune (formerly Azure Active Directory) – 3 years experience.
• PowerShell experience.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $101,546 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
