Financial Analyst Associate
Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Financial Analyst Associate at GDIT. Working on the Finance team, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

HOW A FINANCIAL ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations
● Interfaces with customers, GDIT leadership, program managers, and financial analysts to complete analysis, deliver financial metrics, and make strategic decisions.
● Collaborates with a small team of analysts to resolve challenges and provide critical financial insights to internal and external customers.
● Works in a flexible hybrid environment that includes both in-office collaboration and the ability to work remotely.
● Supports a variety of programs and contracts, with responsibilities including budgeting/forecasting, P&L analysis, proposal pricing, and tracking and presenting financial performance metrics.
● Utilizes tools and technologies including Microsoft Excel, Oracle Business, Tableau, and other systems to deliver excellent service to our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, templates, pivot tables.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and collaboration with teammates at various levels, ability to adapt to changing demands and a variety of responsibilities, agile and strategic decision-making.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.63 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
