Job Description

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking a Cybersecurity Administrator (we are hiring all levels) to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program.

 

This is a remote position but you must be within 50 miles of a major airport as the requirement is 25-50% travel.


In this poisition, you provide administrative and technical support for TEN-M Systems by managing patch and vulnerability processes, conducting routine scans to identify risks and ensure STIG/SRG compliance, and maintaining up‑to‑date cybersecurity scanning tools. Collaborate closely with configuration and implementation teams to assess patch impacts, validate deployments, and ensure full system coverage to support overall cybersecurity readiness. 

 

Cybersecurity Administrator 


  • Provides administrative support for TENM Systems to include patch and vulnerability management for component systems.  
  • Conducts routine network and system scans to identify vulnerabilities and STIG/SRG compliance.  
  • Supports patch management to include assessing patches for vulnerabilities before patch implementation, impact to production environment, and supports configuration/implementation team to validate deployment/installation.  
  • Ensures deployment and configuration of applicable scan tools and current plugin/patch databases.  
  • Coordination with configuration/implementation team to ensure full coverage/connectivity to support cybersecurity efforts. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

 

  • Education:  BS/BA Degree 
  • Required Experience:  5 to 10 years of related experience  
  • Security Clearance Level:  Active Secret Clearance  
  • Location:  Remote 
  • Travel: This position requires 25% to 50% travel, and the candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
