Job Description
As a PAI/Social Media Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a PAI/Social Media Analyst joining our team to research, gather, analyze, and synthesize open-source and publicly available information to create industry reports, planning documents, and information papers. In addition to these skills, you will be required to have a strong understanding of the social media landscape to create and manage online social media accounts. This role requires expertise in open-source research, intelligence analysis, and social media analytics.
HOW A PAI/SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Researches, gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes open-source and publicly available information to create industry reports, planning documents, and information papers.
Creates and manages online social media accounts, leveraging a strong understanding of the social media landscape.
Utilizes open-source research tools and resources to support planning and analysis.
Applies intelligence analysis skills to create professional reports utilizing US military writing style.
Conducts research across the surface, deep, and dark web, using Boolean operators, advanced queries, and advanced tradecraft.
Applies knowledge of social media analytics and commercial marketing best practices to inform reporting and recommendations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience and technical accreditations in lieu.
Experience:
5+ years of Experience in open-source research, planning, and tool resources.
Knowledge of surface, deep, and dark web research, including Boolean operators and advanced queries.
Knowledge of social media analytics and commercial marketing best practices.
Security Clearance Level:
Minimum DoW Secret clearance required; TS/CI preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Technical knowledge of social media platforms and commercial data sets (preferred).
Understanding of relational database visualization tools to create and communicate information and data in visual formats (preferred).
Knowledge of web development and website curation, with a strong understanding of internet footprint and digital fingerprinting (preferred).
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
Location:
Customer Site (Tampa, FL).

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
