As a Website Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Website Operations Specialist joining our team to manage workflow and operational procedures to optimize productivity for a team managing multiple news websites and affiliated social media accounts. You will ensure operational efficiency, maintain accuracy in tracking systems, and support multilingual website operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
HOW A WEBSITE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages workflow and operational procedures to optimize productivity for a team managing multiple news websites and affiliated social media accounts.
Maintains and updates operational trackers with a focus on accuracy.
Manages and coordinates translation workflow tasks in support of multilingual websites.
Monitors performance analytics to support reports documenting websites and social media performance.
Maintains and updates editorial calendars to ensure content is published accurately and on time.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; significant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience with online publishing and content management.
Skills and Abilities:
Experience with content management systems, scheduling tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong English writing and editing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn the functionality of new tools and technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Location:
Customer Site (To Be Determined).
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
