Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Cloud Program Manager. Own the opportunity as a Cloud Program Manager and help ensure the mission is never interrupted.
Our work depends on Cloud Program Manager joining our team to ensure our services are hosted in a cloud, based on a deliberate decision process, which first considers application hosting in a brokered, multi-vendor, multi-cloud, multi-tenant FedRAMP certified commercial cloud computing environment, and chooses the migration target (multi-tenant, hybrid, private off-premise, etc.) based on cost-effectively meeting all mission requirements, including security, latency, workload variability, and the like. ** The position is at the Customer Site.
HOW WILL A CLOUD PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract
Review and approve financial reports as appropriate
Review and allocate management reserve within contractual limits
Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs
Work with the higher level program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the GovReview risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same
Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM
Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect
Review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government
Communicate issues and solutions to the Government PM in a timely and transparent manner
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff
Provide Contractor input to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan reviews or Award Fee reviews, as appropriate
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field
Experience: 10 years of experience
Technical skills: AWS Cloud
Skills and abilities: Must possess PMP certification and experience
Security clearance level: Public Trust
Location: On Customer Site
Timeline: This is a contingent posting, expected to start in spring 2026.

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
