Job Description

HOW BEING A SYSTEMS ENGINEER MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a UI/UX Web Developer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service.  GDIT is seeking highly cleared candidates with active TS SCI w/Poly to provide software development, systems engineering, database design and Software Testing in support of enterprise –wide systems and products for the Intelligence Community (IC).  Work with the latest commercial products such as AWS and ServiceNow in an agile environment on various applications designed and maintained for a broad range of IC customers. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • review an existing logistics app; assess what front end improvements can be made (to account for UI/UX, Web, and accessibility standards)
  • obtain feedback from the user base and/or stakeholders
  • determine how to improve UI/UX experience.

  • Cloud/AWS (architecture and administration) 
  • ServiceNow administration
  • Database design 
  • SQL 
  • Integration design 
  • Requirements 
  • Project Management 
  • Cloud formation 
  • Linux 
  • JSON 
  • MySQL, Oracle 
  • Scripting SQL 
  • Certificate management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow change request process
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience.
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $164,382 - $165,430. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
