Job Description

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Sr. Business Process Analyst at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Program Management.

As a Sr. Business Process Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of HHS ACF OCSE DFS.

  • Lead/Manage/Support esuring alignment of business processes with stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, federal staff, the OM&E team, and the other Functional and Operational Support for Federal Systems team members.
  • Drive continuos improvements in processes
  • Utilize Jira, MS Office products, AI, business process diagramming, and other tools.


Required Skills:

  • HS Diploma and at least 3+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Programs.
  • At least 3+ years of experience supporting Business Processes for Federal Systems.
  • Experience utilizing Jira, AI, Business Process Diagramming, and MS Office.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $79,050 - $106,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
