Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Readiness Advisor, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a TS/SCI level cleared Readiness Advisor joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.

Job Description:

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract

program.

  • Lead deployment readiness activities for CONUS and OCONUS staff, including coordination of country entry and residency requirements
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Visa, SOFA, and DOCPER packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
  • Design and maintain tools, trackers, and dashboards that increase transparency for leadership and stakeholders on deployment readiness status and key metrics
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, HR, security, and external agencies to resolve issues related to OCONUS requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires joining the team to ensure an efficient and positive onboarding experience
  • Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Establish and define program requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plan.
  • Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • May perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • May serve as a team or task lead.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to actively collaborate with others.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $116,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
