MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Graphic Designer the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful supporting the Navy Neptune Enterprise Cloud Management team .
Our Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand creative assets that support communication, marketing, training, and project objectives. This role develops digital and print designs, ensures brand consistency across materials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions within deadlines.
Design and produce digital assets including presentations, infographics, social media graphics, web elements, and email templates.
Create print materials such as brochures, posters, reports, signage, and promotional items.
Translate complex information into clear, engaging visual concepts.
Develop and maintain visual brand standards, templates, and style guides.
Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Prepare final artwork files for publishing and production.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. Our Graphic Designer must have:
Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance
Required Experience: 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other relevant design tools.
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
Ability to interpret feedback and iterate designs effectively.
Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of corporate branding and internal communications.
Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
