Job Description
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the Member Services function of a federal limited healthcare program. Your work will strengthen the operational performance of a program serving a critical mission.The World Trade Center Health Program is a limited federal health program administered by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Program provides no-cost medical monitoring and treatment for certified WTC-related health conditions to those directly affected by the 9/11 attacks in New York, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.  HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Serve as a liaison between Member Services and cross‑functional program areas to improve workflows and operational effectiveness
  • Document future‑state workflows to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Document, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, business requirements, and process flow diagrams
  • Analyze operational trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support the Member Services Lead with Client communications, reporting, presentations, and deliverables
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis on issues impacting quality, data integrity, or member experience
  • Participate in cross‑functional working groups and contribute analytical insights
  • Partner with technical teams to enhance tools, processes, and work products
  • Support change management activities including communication, training updates, and implementation planning
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDMinimum Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of organizational workflows, data flow, and process interdependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience supporting federal health programs such as CDC, CMS, VA, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with the structure and operations of health plans or other Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) contracts

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
