MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, requirements accuracy, and operational readiness across all Third Party Administrator (TPA) core service areas essential to delivering healthcare benefits to 9/11 responders and survivors.
● Lead requirements development, workflow analysis, and system integration activities that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations.
● Collaborate with technical teams, operational SMEs, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to achieve cross‑system alignment and a successful Transition‑In.
● Drive outcomes through structured analysis, issue resolution, integration validation, and coordination of end‑to‑end testing to ensure systems work cohesively and produce correct results.
● Utilize requirements management tools, integration mapping techniques, healthcare administrative knowledge, and analytical skills to evaluate data flows, validate system behaviors, and ensure interoperability across all TPA components.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead must have:
● Education: Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor’s degree
● Experience: 3+ years of related experience (healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations preferred)
● Technical skills: Experience with requirements management, workflow analysis, EDI integrations, APIs, claims and eligibility systems, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
● Security clearance level: MB(T2)
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams; experience validating system outputs; familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal program compliance; 0–10% travel as needed

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
