Job Description

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Logistics Analyst Senior (cQuiP) to assist our Government client in the transition of products into sustainment of fielded medical products, devices, equipment, and systems used on the battlefield. GDIT is your place to make meaningful contributions to challenging projects and grow a rewarding career.

Our work depends on a Logistics Analyst Senior joining our team and utilizing their experience in medical logistics to help ensure our Client’s medical products are ready for deployment following DoD requirements and able to meet the acquisition timeline to make is way to the Warfighter. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Work with Project Managers and other Logistics Management Specialists to provide logistics support for multiple medical and non-medical products
  • Perform multiple logistics actions to support the acceptance of medical materiel into the Army wholesale system to include requesting a national stock number (NSN), working with the Product Support Manager on type classification and a new Line-Item Number (LIN) or development LIN (ZLIN), and assisting in the preparation of the Table of Organizational Elements Basis of Issue Plan and Feeder Data (BOIPFD).
  • Submit the BOIPFD using the Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) module located in the Army Programming, Budget, and Execution (cPROBE) system.
  • Access, research and analyze the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and the Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) using following databases: Force Management System Web Site (FMSWEB), Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System (TEWLS),  Defense Medical Logistics Item Identification System (DMLIIS), Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), and cQuiP.
  • Coordinate with a large network of matrixed organizations within the DoD, US Army, other external activities, manufacturer, receiving unit, and other interested parties in fielding of assigned systems, including the procurement mechanism and coordination with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC)
  • Provide management and coordination for the maintenance and sustainment support to the DoD users, manufacturer, and the Services logistic points of contact
  • Participate in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (with a focus on logistics) or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related lifecycle logistics experience, medical or non-medical
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience using the Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) program  in cPROBE and Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System (TEWLS)
  • Attributes for Success: Excellent communications and organizational skills; Experience, knowledge and the ability to execute using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Skills: Possess understanding of the Army and DoD field medical force structure; experience interacting with Combatant Commands/Joint Commands; Knowledge of FMSWEB, DMLIIS, and WebFLIS.
  • Location: Hybrid - 3 days telework at Ft Detrick (Frederick, MD); Travel under 10%
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Security Clearance Level: NA – T1 Public Trust

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
