Job Description

GDIT is seeking a strategic pricing leader with deep expertise across both traditional Federal acquisition pricing and modern commercial monetization models. As a Director of Pricing Strategy, you will architect and scale an enterprise capability that bridges FAR‑based procurement requirements with innovative commercial pricing structures—positioning GDIT to deliver modern, scalable, value-driven technology solutions to Federal customers.

This role is ideal for a senior pricing strategist who is fluent in FAR/DFARS, cost and price analysis, firm-fixed-price and outcome-based acquisition models, and commercial product pricing including SaaS, usage-based, transaction-based, and XaaS offerings. You will shape how GDIT prices, structures, and monetizes solutions across both traditional and emerging Government buying models.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

  • Lead the development and execution of GDIT’s outcome-based pricing strategy across managed services, AI-enabled solutions, software, cloud, and emerging technology offerings.

  • Design innovative pricing models including subscription, consumption-based, transaction-based, outcome-based, hybrid, and as-a-service (XaaS) commercial offerings.

  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue growth, profitability, market competitiveness, and customer value while supporting GDIT’s long-term business objectives.

  • Partner with Solution Development, Capture, Business Development, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Marketing to build innovative offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Build executive-level financial models, investment analyses, revenue forecasts, and business cases that support product investment decisions and solution offering prioritization.

  • Advise executive leadership on commercial pricing trends, market positioning, competitive intelligence, customer buying behaviors, and monetization strategies.

  • Support large strategic pursuits by integrating commercial pricing approaches into Federal acquisitions, including commercial item procurements, hybrid acquisitions, and emerging acquisition models.

  • Evaluate commercial market trends, customer demand, competitor offerings, and technology adoption to identify pricing opportunities and strategic growth investments.

  • Partner with Finance and Operations to develop financial frameworks that balance customer affordability, operational scalability, and long-term profitability.

  • Serve as GDIT’s internal thought leader for commercial pricing strategy, educating stakeholders on modern pricing methodologies and helping evolve the organization beyond traditional pricing constructs.

  • Monitor evolving acquisition regulations, commercial contracting practices, and technology marketplace trends to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and compliant.

  • Strong financial modeling and business case development experience, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and pricing optimization.

● Role requirements:

  • Understanding of commercial go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and value-based pricing methodologies.
