Job Description

GDIT is seeking a junior-level Qlik Technical Support Analyst to join the US. Environmental Protection Agency’s Data Analytics Team. As a member of the Data Analytics Team, you will work with a small group of Qlik professionals to provide technical and development support to EPA’s burgeoning Qlik user community. Your work will support EPA’s mission to protect human health and the environment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high quality Qlik technical support to our user community in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct comprehensive tests for Qlik applications and services on large enterprise systems that will help to improve performance and reliability
• Maintain documentation and validation processes to ensure adherence to agency and federal government policies
• Develop and maintain custom Qlik applications and services utilizing the most recent Qlik software suites, Python, JavaScript, and other open-source programs based on customers’ requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, + 2 years’ current hands-on experience using QlikSense
• 1+ years’ experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably Qlik Cloud Government (QCG)
• Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer support to a large user community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both as part of a diverse team and independently with limited supervision

Additional Preferred qualifications but not required:

• Proficiency in Qlik system administration, Qlik Application Automation and Qlik development
• Experience with cloud-based computing environments (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, etc.)
• Experience programming in Python, JavaScript, or other languages
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Experience developing in the Qlik Sense data visualization environment

• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Workability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain an organized workflow, with a high degree of attention to detail.

Beneficial:

• Professional Certification(s)
• Familiarity with DevOps, ITIL Agile processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Security clearance level: must be able to obtain EPA Public Trust Level 4
• US citizenship required
• Ability to work 100% remotely
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
