The Expert-Level HUMINT Operational Support Research Analyst provides advanced research, analysis, operational support, and tradecraft-development expertise to enhance Human Intelligence (HUMINT) capabilities within the cyber domain. The analyst serves as a senior subject-matter expert responsible for translating operational experience, research findings, emerging cyber-domain challenges, and lessons learned into validated HUMINT best practices, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), methodologies, training requirements, and enduring tradecraft.
The position supports operational planning and execution by conducting complex research, identifying operational and intelligence gaps, fusing human-centric information with cyber and digital-domain context, and developing products that are relevant, actionable, appropriately sourced, and responsive to mission requirements.
A primary responsibility is the systematic identification and capture of best practices and lessons learned through the Joint Lessons Learned Process (JLLP), operational observations, exercises, training events, and research activities. The analyst evaluates these observations, validates their applicability, develops recommended resolutions, assesses their effectiveness, and disseminates validated practices to improve HUMINT tradecraft across the organization.

Education: Master's in Information Technology
Clearance: TS/SCI eligible and able to obtain and maintain a polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $187,179 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
