HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

In this role, you will help keep SCI sector activities running smoothly by supporting daily analysis, tracking tasks, preparing reports, and assisting with issue identification. You will also provide essential administrative support to the VPGM, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, and maintaining organized program records. Through your attention to detail, reliable follow‑through, and proactive communication, you will strengthen team operations and help ensure mission needs are met efficiently and accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of the Space and Cyber Intelligence (SCI) sector, to include on-program activities aligned to sector and enterprise strategy
  • Supports cross‑functional groups by gathering information, organizing inputs, and preparing clear summaries or updates.
  • Provides administrative assistance for the SCI sector VPGM, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Manages logistics for sector staff meetings, leadership sessions, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet project requirements for assigned program or sector initiative
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that operational, cost and schedule objectives are met
  • May perform business development activities
  • May serve as a team or task lead

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work with data, produce clear visuals, and support analytical tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable preparing executive-ready materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Experience with Agile project management. Scrum Master strongly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Current TS/SCI clearance holders strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $122,400 - $165,600. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
