USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Quality Assurance Lead & SLAs:
Manages and leads team of auditors to provide QA support. Leads quality control and management efforts developing and applying quality standards and has independent, direct reporting to corporate GDIT to ensure objective auditing and reporting. Documents service challenges or outages, directs requests for corrective actions to appropriate points of contact, and logs relevant activity. Conducts weekly meetings with operational oversight staff to capture trends and lessons learned and ensures broader program awareness. Participate in weekly update briefings to ensure operational awareness. Maintains and updates the program Quality Control Plan (QCP) and uses the Quality Assurance Checklist. Coordinates with vendors for scheduled audits/vulnerability assessment activities. Participates in vulnerability management meetings. Ensures appropriate knowledge management practices across the enterprise. Manages, monitors, measures, and reports SLA and KPI performance with automated performance reporting and deliver reports. Executes performance reviews at the request of the Government.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation
Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $129,813 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
