Multimedia Specialist Associate
GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB). Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
Recording, editing, and producing videos, photos, and multimedia products for MTC Enterprise
Assist with multimedia enhancement to after-action review (AAR) products and video presentations that summarize and demonstrate how units train at MTC facility
Assist in creating fictional newscasts that are injected into exercises, using traditional news-gathering techniques, and shoot to a NewTek TriCaster video equipment in a small insert studio with green screen
Design and develop multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing
Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound
Works with other branches at the JMSC-P to integrate into scenario/OE development to bring discoverable fidelity to backdrop OSINT products
Works from concept drawings, sketches, models, and/or written and verbal instructions
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Perform other duties as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree OR the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and training
Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge in recording, editing, and producing videos, photos, and multimedia content and live capture
Knowledge of video/photo capture, audio recording, graphic design, animation, and post-production editing
Ability to craft storylines based on exercise narratives
Ability to script a diverse range of technical and conceptual pieces
Security Clearance Level: ability to obtain SECRET clearance within 6 months of hire
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Superb organizational skills
Ability to develop original approaches to achieve organizational objectives
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the preparation of multimedia products
Knowledge of and ability to use relevant software applications and systems
Location: On Customer Site/some travel to other customer sites in the Pacific

The likely salary range for this position is $55,250 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
