The Platform and Data Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the workflows, data structures, and dashboards that support Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) patient safety, membership, and compliance functions. This role leads a small technical team (Tech Lead, Data Analyst, and Data Architect) and works closely with task leads, HRSA, and OPTN 360 platform stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
The Platform and Data Lead does not own or administer the OPTN 360 platform. Instead, this role collaborates closely with the OPTN 360 team, which is responsible for the design and management of the OPTN 360 platform, to configure and enhance workflows and dashboards that support patient safety and compliance work. The Platform and Data Lead combines business analysis, data and analytics understanding, and strong project management to enable data-driven oversight and efficient committee and case management operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
