Job Description

GDIT has been supporting the IHS mission for 20+ years; working with the agency to provide integral services to raise health access and availability to 2.6 million American Indians and Alaska Natives. You'll be part of modernizing the EHR platform to enable better data access, patient experience, and quality of care for 567 tribes, 37 states and over 600 medical facilities. 

Our work depends on a Reporting Specialist joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Reporting Specialist supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for creating and maintain a variety of reports based on program needs. 

This position is fully remote!

This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility.  This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.

 HOW A REPORTING SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional workstreams to help create and maintain reporting based on program needs 
  • Serve as the ePMO SME to include technical support and troubleshooting 
  • Assist with migration efforts with reporting in ServiceNow 
  • Pioneer new opportunities and capabilities with existing ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, and IRM). 
  • Identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events 
  • Maintain accurate records/paperwork 
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews 
  • Incorporating lessons learned into the program register 

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting cloud deployment and maintaining cloud solutions (additional work experience can be used in lieu of a degree) 
  • Experience in ePMO, Salesforce, or similar technology required
  • ServiceNow experience required
  • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions 
  • Ability to identify, understand, document, and create functionality aligning with customer value streams 
  • Organizational and time management skills while working in a large multi-tiered management structure 
  • Familiarity and��experience with risk management practices 
  •  Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.  
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience with ePMO strongly preferred
  • Experience with ePMO from a program lead perspective
  • 8+ years of relevant analyst experience. 
  • Experience supporting federal contract program manager. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance. 
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers. 
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program. 
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
