FINANCE MANAGER

This role is ideal for someone who understands how finance organizations operate, is comfortable navigating complex workflows, and brings strong communication and change‑management skills. While a technical foundation is important, we aren’t looking for an IT specialist; rather, we need someone who can bridge the gap between financial logic and modern automation tools.
You will play a key role in modernizing financial processes, supporting automation initiatives, and partnering across teams to drive meaningful operational improvements.
This hybrid role is based in Falls Church, VA, with in‑office engagement three days per week
