MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Senior Program Manager on the Intelligence Support Services – Joint (ISSJ) program, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful across the intelligence spectrum, including All-Source Intelligence, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and Counterintelligence, among others, ensuring detailed and timely support for mission planning and execution. You will play a crucial role in creating staffing pipelines to deliver comprehensive, actionable intelligence services tailored to Special Operations Forces (SOF).

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

  • Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard ISSJ analysts
  • Manage subcontractors providing staffing support to ISSJ to include establishing regular touchpoints for quality assurance, managing contract deliverables, and training subcontractors on program requirements
  • Work with ISSJ Program Management Office and support Iron Legion Joint Venture (ILJV) PMO on emerging requirements, status updates, administrative troubleshooting, and process efficiency
  • Track cost, performance, and schedule through the detailed management of key financial metrics, program milestones, and performance indicators
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on administrative and onboarding requirements for ISSJ analysts and demonstrate expertise on program onboarding requirements to include 101 enrollment, security clearance and badging procedures, access and accounts initiation, and other onboarding requirements
  • Oversee quality-of-life improvements for ISSJ analysts and strive to create a culture of achievement, empathy, and career satisfaction
  • Lead or advise on administrative program improvements and efficiencies
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor program deliverables, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality support. 
  • Create, maintain, and actively manage project schedules. 
  • Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained. 
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Senior management.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Report to include financial tracking artifacts
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and draft cost estimates and technical plans for new work

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Ability to learn on the job, be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, spot new business opportunities, and take a proactive approach to responsibilities. 
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. 
  • Experience with administrative tracking tools and processes focused around timekeeping (to include subs), training, employee certs and skills
  • A solid understanding and experience with DoW program financial management.  
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to team-building
  • Experience with USSOCOM HQ and SOF elements. 
  • Strong background in personnel management, program-specific onboarding tools, and unit security/training/onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working within a team and build relationships with customers 
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI required
  • US citizenship required
  • Role requirements: Hybrid work environment with 3 days on site at Fort Bragg and two days Work From Home (WFH)

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $146,200 - $197,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
