Job Description

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR


Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Property Administrator at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Property Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of GSE & SC+ program. You will play a crucial role in Government Property management.

Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day repair

Acknowledges, documents, validates, and receives government property according to contractual and FAR requirements

Provides support for deployed customer equipment; serves as liaison between manufacturer and customer

Analyzes failure trends and repair analytics to ensure needed space parts and other materials are available for future repairs, elevate trends to internal and external groups as needed to improve equipment performance, and track costs for the overall repair process.

Perform cost-benefit analyses for deployed equipment that is inoperable within the field

Acknowledge and respond to all customer work orders within contractual requirements

Ensures all contractual service level agreements and performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately

Executes inventory control efforts for government-owned property utilized within repair

Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Participates in special projects as required.

 

On Site position, not optional for telework.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS, 2+ years’ experience

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $61,402 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
