GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a Third‑Party Administered (TPA) contract. This role provides hands‑on project support, maintains project documentation, tracks progress, coordinates with various teams and subcontractors, prepares reports, and ensures project teams follow established processes and reporting standards in a timely manner. The Specialist plays a key role in enabling efficient project implementation and post‑implementation operations delivery through strong organization, communication, and analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership
• Support cross‑functional project coordination, meeting logistics, and communication
• Maintain project governance artifacts, templates, and version‑controlled documentation
• Facilitate project meetings, capture notes, and ensure follow‑up on decisions and action items
• Monitor project performance metrics and escalate concerns as needed
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and reporting structures
• Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, and timeline management
• Provide analytical support, including data validation, reporting, and quality checks
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate project updates
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, IT, or related field
• 8 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, PMO support, or project operations in healthcare
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.)
Desired Skills:
• CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification (or working toward one)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Background in data analysis or project financial tracking
• Industry experience aligned with the organizational domain (e.g., healthcare, IT, insurance, finance)
• Strong communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
