Job Description

GDIT's Federal Health team is hiring a Program Analyst/ Team Lead to support the URA team on the VA EHRM mission. In this role you will drive planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing. Ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes. Collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements. 

This position is hybrid role with up to 50% travel.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally).

  • Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out activities within the role’s purview.

  • Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress.

  • Document and escalate issues that arise during or post-deployment through proper channels for timely adjudication and resolution.

  • Support events and activities related to your workstream, such as Sign On Fair and Integration Validation. 
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCESS (REQUIRED):

  • Bachelor's degree (work exp. in lieu of degree will be considered)

  • 8+ years of relevant work expereince.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting electronic health modernization efforts.

  • Demonstrated expertise in User Role Assignments and Provisioning.

  •  Active Directory Management, Active Directory (AD), User Provisioning, User Profile Management

  • Familiarity with Clinical workflows, User Roles, and associated Access Requirements.

  • Team leadership, stakeholder management, reporting, and risk/issue resolution experience

  • Ability to manage multiple sites and/or markets simultaneously.

 

WHAT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER (PREFERRED):

  • Experience supporting the VA EHRM, other federal EHR programs.

  • Knowledge of Millennium EHR systems or system integration activities.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
