Job Description

Senior Program Manager

Our work depends on a Program Manager Expert leading defense and security efforts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for the overall management, performance, and execution of a complex intelligence support contract designed for permanent theater-readiness and crisis response across the Indo-Asia-Pacific area.

  • Contractual Oversight: Direct all aspects of program performance, including budget, schedule, and technical execution, ensuring all mission requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide high-level guidance to a multi-disciplinary team of planners, technicians, and specialists to ensure synchronized support for customer objectives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all program activities align with the National Security Strategy (NSS 2025) and National Defense Strategy (NDS 2026) for peer competition.
  • Surge Execution Management: Oversee the implementation of preemptive plans for crisis surges, ensuring the contract can successfully pivot to a 72-hour response timeline during China-related contingency operations.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Maintain authoritative relationships with customer senior executives, Combatant Command (CCMD) leadership, and government contracting officers.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage the allocation of personnel and technical assets across the Security, Strategic Communications, and Intelligence Management cells to maintain operational tempo.
  • Risk & Compliance: Lead the program's risk management strategy and ensure absolute compliance with customer security protocols and Intelligence Community standards.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver authoritative management reports, program reviews, and strategic assessments to customer leadership and corporate stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
  • US Citizenship Required

Desired Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree with 20 years of related experience. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 years.

Required Skills:

  • Intelligence Planning background that allows for effective planning of intelligence support across the spectrum of intelligence activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-pressure mission surges and manage a 72-hour response mandate.

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience supporting U.S. military operations in the Indo-Pacific region or China-specific mission sets.
  • Deep understanding of the mission set and organizational structure.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
