Senior Scrum Master
Summary:
The Scrum Master supports the Case Management Modernization (CMM) Program for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) by enabling high-performing Agile teams to deliver modernized, cloud-based case management solutions. Serving as a servant leader and facilitator, the Scrum Master ensures that Agile principles and SAFe practices are applied effectively across development, testing, and integration teams working with React, NodeJS, and AWS technologies. This role focuses on optimizing team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality software in alignment with the program’s modernization objectives.

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
