MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a TPA Core Services Business Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring business requirements, workflows, and system interactions across Third Party Administrator (TPA) core services are clear, aligned, and ready for accurate and compliant healthcare delivery.

● Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and refinement activities that directly support eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, and payment workflows.
● Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams, operational staff, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to ensure requirements and workflows align with system capabilities and mission needs.
● Drive accurate outcomes by validating workflow logic, supporting testing efforts, ensuring requirements traceability, and resolving issues that impact TPA operations.
● Utilize requirements management tools, workflow modeling skills, healthcare administrative expertise, and integration analysis techniques to support seamless operational execution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree
● Experience: 3+ years of related experience (healthcare operations, payer systems, or federal program support preferred)
● Technical skills: Experience with requirements management, workflow/process mapping, EDI or API integrations, eligibility and claims systems, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
● Security clearance level: MB(T2)
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams; familiarity with HIPAA and secure handling of PHI/PII; experience validating system behavior; 0–10% travel as needed
