As an IT Operations Manager you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

  • Lead day‑to‑day IT operations for the ensuring 24/7/365 availability, performance, and reliability across all service towers
  • Direct the response to high‑visibility outages and critical incidents, including triage, escalation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate new technologies, upgrades, and enhancements into steady‑state operations with minimal disruption
  • Maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting to customer leadership; ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and performance objectives
  • Manage operational documentation, SOPs, work instructions, configuration baselines, and runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to the client policies, including cybersecurity (RMF), vulnerability management, policies, supply chain security, and audit requirements
  • Lead continuous service improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, monitoring, analytics, and operational best practices
  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of upgrades, maintenance windows, and enterprise service changes

Required Experience:

  • Eight (8) years of experience encompassing multiple disciplines (for example: System Engineering, Network Engineering, Client Server, Service Operations, Security, and/or Voice Video & Cloud)
  • Four (4) years of experience overseeing and managing O&M Support Services to include IT Sustainment Activities, IT procurement, system security, asset management, mission support, operations support, and system maintenance.
  • Four (4) years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining cloud, Linux, windows domains, network, telephony, hypervisor and hyper-converged environments.
  • Four (4) years of experience troubleshooting of multi-segmented complex systems.
  • Active TS/SCI w/poly clearance

 Desired qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in an Information Technology field
  • Eight (8) years of experience within a classified environment
  • Current certifications in CISSP and/or ITIL
  • Four (4) years of experience designing, architecting, and implementing innovative methods to meet mission objectives and assess opportunities for innovation.
  • Two (2) years of experience identifying improvement areas (i.e., performance, automation of enterprise monitoring) and suggesting design criteria for the development of solutions.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
