    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Education: Bachelor of Science, Computer Science (or related field) or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
    • Experience: 11+ years of related experience 
    • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • AWS experience
    • Documented experience with Linux administration
    • Documented experience with IBM BPM installation, configuration and support and troubleshooting in a production environment. (Program is willing to provide IBM training if needed).
    • Analyzes all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability.
    • Performs logical and physical design.
    • Researches new and developing technology and their applicability to the environment.
    • Develops and documents existing or new procedures as well as creating and maintaining project documentation.
    • Delivers project based work to agreed target dates and works with appropriate teams to resolve roadblocks.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willing to learn and support third party applications.
    • Advanced networking/Cloud knowledge.
    • Experience with enterprise level monitoring tools.
    • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • Desired Skills and Abilities:
    • Certifications:
    • IBM Certified Integration Developer - BPM Advanced v8.5+.
    • IBM Certified Deployment Professional - BPM Advanced v8.5+.
    • IBM Certified Administrator for SOA Solutions - WebSphere Process Server v8.5.0+.
    • AIX or Linux certification.
    • IBM WebSphere Application Server certification.
    • WebSphere Commerce Server experience.
    • Experience with IBM BPM 8.x Administration
    • Location: Chantilly, VA (On Customer Site)

    Salary and Benefit Information

    The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
