MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
As a Network Operations ASI Coordinator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of USCENTCOM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting the CENTCOM theater

  • Prioritizing and managing ASI Requests as appropriate

  • Processing, de-conflicting, and tracking ASI requests

  • Provide impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI

  • Gather accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprise-wide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM theater systems

  • Completing trouble tickets using USCENTCOM approved systems and providing reports for situational awareness


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The System Administrator must have:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED

  • Certification: COMPTIA Security+ CE

  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience

  • Required Skills:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, and MS Project

    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.

    • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.

    • Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.  

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Desired Skills:

    • Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission

    • Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing software

  • Security clearance level: current/active TS/SCI clearance required.

  • US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
