JOB DESCRIPTION

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) – MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL. This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration.
  • Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.  
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.
  • Role requirements: Onsite 5 days
  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
