SCITLS relies on a stable and well‑managed supply chain to sustain operations across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

As a Procurement Lead, you will oversee sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, acquisition planning, and the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle supporting mission‑essential capabilities.

You will play a crucial role in providing support in the following areas:

  • Partner with the SCMM to resolve high-visibility procurement escalations and supply chain bottlenecks
  • Maintaining proactive communications and alignment with the SCMM, USSTRATCOM J645 (Enterprise Resources Management Division), and GSA AAS
  • Lead weekly procurement pipeline calls with the staff and finance counterparts covering present and upcoming procurement efforts
  • Partner with the SCMM and Program Finance Manager to establish Procurement forecasts for CLIN funding levels, and Estimates at Completion (EAC), mitigating budget risk and ensuring Procurement continuity
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with the SCMM to evaluate operational performance, refine procedures, and identify process optimization initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
