Job Description

Please take this opportunity to join one of GDIT’s fastest long-standing growing programs!  US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoW intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Program and CCMD personnel on upcoming exercises to ensure that the level of BICES-X support is aligned with the overall MPE architectural structure.
  • Coordinates with Program Portfolio Leads to support emerging, approved, and validated exercise requirements to include temporary expansions and deployments.
  • Serves as a US BICES-X SME to exercise planners to balance exercise requirements with BICES-X capabilities to meet those requirements
  • Provide regular updates to senior program staff on the approved and projected exercise support requirements.
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, task order, and administrative reporting.
  • Updates senior MPCO leadership during the monthly Exercise Support Working Group and weekly Daily Update Brief with the status of BICES-X requirements.
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to clients on task workload
  • Attends Joint Exercise Program meetings as required and serves as a BICES-X SME on Exercise Support Requirements.
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products
  • Develops, maintains, and presents products and briefing material related to exercise support.
  • Manages and updates Exercise Support documentation and repository.
  • Assists with information management of exercise support activities and tracks scheduled support across various tools.
  • Facilitates quality assurance of project deliverables through cross functional coordination.
  • Attends exercise planning conferences as requested by the Service and CCMDs LNOs or representative.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant BICES-X technology, policies, and strategies that contribute to current and future Mission Partner Environment.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
  • BA/BS Degree or the equivalent experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
  • Effective management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral.
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain user access across multiple network domains.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and analysis for product development and presentation.
  • Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (PMP) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the joint Training and Coordination Program (JTCP)
  • Experience working in multiple operational environments, echelons, services, and domains. Experience supporting coalition partner integration, NATO, and military intelligence highly desired.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
