We are seeking a technically strong Technical Integration Project Manager to support modernization and integration efforts for enterprise‑level intelligence systems. This role blends project leadership with technical design and integration work, ensuring new capabilities are engineered, evaluated, and deployed with rigor and minimal operational disruption. Ideal candidates bring fresh perspectives, strong engineering instincts, and experience integrating complex systems, whether from DoW, industry, or other large‑scale enterprise environments.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Technical Integration Project Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the mission of the 480th ISR Wing; enhancing intelligence integration, strengthening system interoperability, and supporting modernization across critical warfighter systems.

  • Technical Integration & Engineering

    • Lead the integration of new intelligence, C4ISR, and enterprise IT capabilities into existing architectures.

    • Assess system feasibility, performance, and interoperability across distributed environments.

    • Translate operational needs into technical requirements, interface definitions, and integration criteria.

    • Support system testing, prototype demonstrations, operational evaluations, and migration activities.

    • Provide technical recommendations and solution approaches for senior leadership.

  • Technical Project Leadership

    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk profiles for integration efforts.

    • Coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams and mission partners to align technical objectives.

    • Track technical progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution of integration issues.

    • Produce technical documentation including white papers, engineering studies, test plans, and decision briefs.

    • Lead and participate in scrums, technical exchange meetings, IPTs, and engineering reviews.

  • Requirements Analysis & System Feasibility

    • Analyze mission and user requirements and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.

    • Assess new initiatives for technical feasibility, cost, risk, and operational impact.

    • Support requirements traceability, verification, and validation activities.

    • Ensure integration efforts minimize disruption to ongoing operations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Advise senior leadership on integration priorities, risks, and modernization strategies.

    • Collaborate with system owners, engineers, operators, and external agencies to refine requirements.

    • Communicate technical guidance, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders across the enterprise.
