GDIT is seeking a highly skilled professional to support a mission-critical programs. This role combines the responsibilities of a System Integrator, Business Analyst, and Scrum Master, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical integration skills. The ideal candidate will work in an agile environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the program's strategic goals.

HOW SYSTEMS THIS ROLE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

System Integration

  • Support the end-to-end integration of technical capabilities across multi-faceted systems.
  • Perform customer and stakeholder outreach
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and validation to meet operational objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical integration challenges.

Business Analysis

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate customer and mission needs into actionable and detailed specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement or unmet requirements.
  • Create presentations, workflows, and documents to clearly communicate proposed solutions and changes.

Scrum Master

  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure prioritization and refinement of backlog items.
  • Monitor sprint progress, remove impediments, and promote successful delivery within set timelines.
  • Foster team collaboration and adherence to Scrum/Agile best practices.Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
  • Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacity

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT systems integration, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with Scrum Master experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and relationships across internal and external customers and technical teams.

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructures and system architectures.
  • Proficient in documenting business workflows, use cases, and technical solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or any relevant Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with customer systems, processes, and mission requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Background in project management methodologies such as PMP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
